We at Stone Curves in the end, did use the sticker method and it worked well. 
There were 5 choices, two came out close but there was a winner (which by the 
way included  the same colors (plus a few more) that were rejected by the 
group during our first attempt using a color team). We haven't seen the colors 
on 
the buildings yet but I think people are happy with the decision.
