Joe, you forgot to say where you are from. Ithaca?

Also, it depends on what the codes are for your area. No way we could have
done without painting. We live in an historic neighborhood and the city
requires us to go through design review even though we are "new"
construction and not old.

Does the cement siding come in different colors?
