Kids, like many adults, can be afraid of change. Stability is important to
them. Being a teacher I have heard a great deal from kids whose parents move
them. They get over it. In cohousing, since they already have some
relationships, they will get over it sooner than if you were moving into a
place where they were complete strangers.
