Cohousing-L Mailing List: looking for by-laws

Hi all,

I am working with a group to develop a 32 unit cohousing project in 
Burlington, VT.  It is an urban project and half of the units will 
qualify as affordable housing.  We are looking for examples of 
by-laws and residents' agreements that have worked particularly well 
for their group.  Any contributions would be appreciated.
