Hello Everyone: My name is Jen and I live in a small condominium. I started on the board and in doing research to educate myself I discovered Co-Housing (Windsong in particular) and absolutely loved the concept. Though this isn't a co-housing community officially I'm going to try to work out a way to present many of the ideas to my neighbours and perhaps convert them until we're there. There are only 20 units so maybe there is hope. The reason I joined this group is because there is lots of activity and not endless streams of people complaining about their HOA's. It's nice to have a constructive and welcoming place to talk about common issues and successes. I am trying to get together a resource for myself and would appreciate links to everyone's website if they would like to share it. I am always trying to improve my content and to 'borrow' ideas for newsletters, social events, etc... Cheers to all, Jen http://home.cogeco.ca/~jthoms/ -- Internal Virus Database is out-of-date.
