Cohousing-L Mailing List: Re: land contracts

A few weeks ago there was mention --I think--of land contracts as one  
option for people having homes to sell in slow-moving housing markets  
and new homes to purchase in cohousing communities. Could anyone  
explain something about this option? Any other options for this  
situation would be welcome, of course.
