We use 

.         Google Calendar for Common House reservations and all other
community events and 

.         Google Docs for our documents including meeting minutes and common
meal reservation system including payment credit/debit tracking (also job
sign up). 

 

I might be able to get more info from someone on our tech team if you wanted
more details.  From my user perspective, although there are some quirks
(gremlins?) to it,  overall it works great.
