When we first moved in, we didn't have mailboxes. The Postoffice sent a person to approve a bookcase in my unit for mail delivery. The USPS delivered and I sorted it for four months. I was amazed at how many people didn't pick up their mail. Some because they didn't want to bother me but one person didn't pick up his mail at all. I would get very worried about it and after 2-3 weeks, take it to him. (The facilities team went in to check the same person's HVAC when there were problems in adjacent units and discovered that he had never turned it on. His unit was small and he only had a north and south exposure and he wasn't temperature sensitive. He was a very laid back astrophysicist.)
