My last message on this. 

We've been educating banks and mortgage brokers as individuals for over 20 
years. A new approach is needed. And we shouldn't expect it to be done by each 
person who applies for a mortgage. It' is cruel because they don't know what to 
do.

At minimum we need a packet of authentic-looking well-researched information 
for the bank.
