But Sharon, a bank looking at condo docs it's a Cohousing doesn't see invest in
shared meals running errands etc. what they see our shared common facilities
such as clubhouses pools hot tub's stairwells etc.

I support Phillip in this because I believe it's just power playing on the
part of lenders to restrict money that they can sit on instead. Not so long
ago a lender refused to lend money on a Home equity line of credit at Eastern
village Cohousing because it said that it wasn't a condominium. This was the
same lender that lent the original mortgage money to the same borrower for the
original takeout mortgage. Not only that when confronted with the condo docs
that say very clearly in 16 point type "Eastern Village Cohousing Condominium"
still maintained it wasn't a condominium. It's all voodoo on the part of
lenders.
