Manzanita Village in Prescott AZ is considering a policy which outlines consequences for people who repeatedly ignore policies which have been adopted by consensus. We are looking for examples from other co-housing communities around the U.S. There are two sample documents listed on the Co-Ho USA website, but we need more detail.
