	Here at Jamaica Plain Cohousing we have developed a policy on 
private use of our common spaces.  It did take a bit over a year to put 
together, but it's been working well once established.  If you let me know 
I'll send you a copy of the policy.

Vancouver Cohousing is up and running and is now putting legs on 
pre-move-in agreements and planning.  The External Relations Committee is 
fleshing out our policy on the use of common areas by external groups - 
limitations, size of events, frequency of external use, contributions, 
etc.  Any tried-and-true suggestions and advice?
