Cohousing-L Mailing List: use of common areas by external groups

Vancouver Cohousing is up and running and is now putting legs on pre-move-in 
agreements and planning.  The External Relations Committee is fleshing out our 
policy on the use of common areas by external groups - limitations, size of 
events, frequency of external use, contributions, etc.  Any tried-and-true 
suggestions and advice?
