cohousers - there was a thread about replacement reserves. for communities that 
have been around for a few years and have a few hundred thousand bucks in 
reserves socked away, what are your investment practices?
we spent way too much time discussing this at a community meeting the other 
night wondering if an advisor was the best way or doing it in house was the 
best way. so far, the going around and around on this has been stressed out the 
community linear thinkers who have put a lot of time into this.
there's no sense reinventing the proverbial wheel, what sage words do we have 
here?
