Greetings, I am working with a policy group to write a participation policy for Linden Cohousing/ CohoMadison in Madison ,WI. I would like to know if any large cohousing organizations ( 30 to 45 households) have used online project and event calendar software to organize and coordinate projects and events in your community? Here are two examples: https://www.getflow.com/support/using-timelines/project-timelines-calendar https://www.wrike.com/blog/wrike-calendars/ Did you find it useful to create a coordinating team to administer the calendar to coordinate volunteer labor. My community is working with several workgroups, individuals and community meals. All these different groups are trying to work together and get things done. Possible Calendar fields for each project or event Summary of project or event how many people are needed to complete the project or event # of people signed up Funding for project? Approval? Cost to attend? Start date and time of project and event Completion date and time Tools you need to borrow from workshop When you are going to return the tools? Thanks, Chris Terbrueggen
