Note that RoseWind also has searchable electronic files for things like meeting 
notes. As secretary I do minutes for meetings, post to Google docs, email to 
member list, and print one copy for the notebook. Not very time consuming, and 
it offers redundancy. And some things aren't digital-- big maps come to mind -- 
and blueprints -- and it's easy to fold them up and file them.
