Here at Swans Market we are currently regretting our gas stoves (due to their 
contribution to poor indoor air quality) and contemplating a very expensive 
retrofit to all electric.  In the long run electric is the way to go, for our 
health and that of the planet.  Easier to start that way.Bonnie FergussonSwans
