It would be much more useful, when posters describe your Common House
cooking setup (stoves, ovens, gas vs electric appliances), if you'd say how
many people come to these meals. A community that often has 35-40 diners at
a common meal has different needs than one where 20-25 diners are typical.
For us, if we ever get back up to preCovid levels of meal participation,
I'd expect 40 or more at a common meal. We max out at 60 -- that was rare,
but 50 was not. So while the idea of 2 induction stoves sounds wonderful, I
think we'd have a hard time feeding everyone if we couldn't use our giant
pots and full-size sheet pans.
