Seven years ago we at Sunward Cohousing replaced our six-burner gas stove
with a GE PHP-960 induction cooktop (see owner's manual, attached).  It has
been great!  It does take a little learning to use it – we wrote up some
"Induction Cooktop Tips" (also attached) and posted them above the stove –
but once you get the hang of it, it's a breeze.
