How does your community decide when an occasional visitor becomes a > resident? We have a form that people sign saying they wish to participate in workshare, governance, and use the CH. They are essentially like full Members/Owners except for some financial and Association elimination decisions. We don’t really make distinctions on a living basis. People who just stay over may participate in meals or special events but don’t come to meetings or use the CH much.
