Out of Zev’s four examples, most are quite OK for us, but we do tend to tiptoe around no.3, about participation issues. Even there, if someone has publicly committed to doing something and hasn’t done it, it’s OK to ask them when it might happen, or do they need help? With the folks who don’t/won’t participate at all, we have learned that we can’t do much except effusively reinforce anything they happen to do for the community.
