Like folks in many cohousing communities, we will celebrate just about
anything! Some of my favorites:

Pi Day (eating dessert pies on March 14)
Campout on the Green (sleeping in tents in our “front yard")
Pesto Festo (harvesting the basil for pasta and pesto)
Punkin’ Chuckin’ (smashing jack-o’-lanterns post-Halloween)
Caroling (singing winter holiday songs door-to-door within the community)

Hello from Houston!
Lynn and I (two members of CoHousing Houston) have a little podcast about
cohousing. We?re planning to hold a conversation about celebrations in
cohousing communities. If you have a favorite that you?re willing to share,
tell us about it!
Best,
Kelli Soika
