It would help to know the general nature of the conflict. I find it hard to 
imagine something like this happening in our community. Perhaps we haven’t 
pushed on situations where this might occur but I can’t think of anything. As 
I’ve said before, I tend to think of conflicts in the community to be the 
result of unclear expectations in the whole community, not as a conflict 
between two people.
