Ann Zabaldo is very busy right now and may not chime in on this so I’ll pass on
that she has often done dog care for her own enjoyment. After her dog died and
she was not up to taking on full-time care of a dog, she did doggie daycare for
a few hours a day for dogs that were otherwise home alone. Or whose owners were
in the hospital, etc.

It worked very well. There are various members of the community who would walk
the dogs when necessary. She was a back up so when she wasn’t available it
wasn’t a huge responsibility she had to worry about.
