Thanks.  Yes, we're concluding the same and unlikely to go the commercial route 
for the new one. The thinking at the moment is one high capacity residential 
and see how that goes..If too time consuming perhaps invest in a second 
PORTABLE we can stow away when we're not doing big dinners

At Village Hearth in Durham NC, we decided to go with two residential 
dishwashers and it has worked well for us. Most of our large pots are 
hand-washed after the meal, which is not a big job. We are a 28 unit community 
with 34 residents. We usually have 20 - 24 people coming to dinners. You are a 
small community. How many people attend meals on average? You might get by with 
one residential dishwasher and a bit of supplemental handwashing.
