But it also depends on your dishes. We had Fiesta Ware which took up a lot of space. We switched to Corelle when we switched to residential washers. With 25-30 people eating we don’t always need both washers, but on holidays and special meals we have more people. Also depends on how many dishes are used for the meal and for serving.
