kitchen inspectors

The saga continues re: a commercial kitchen.
We have met with the local inspector - tea and all - she is clear that we are
some  sort of commercial kitchen because of the number of people served by a
few.  But she doesn't really know what to do with us - I think would like to
relax some of the restrictions but not sure how.

She would like to talk with someone from another state who has dealt with a
Cohousing group. CAn any one give me a contact name and phone number?  And
would you think it would be a good idea to contact this person?
