The problem in this case is that "help" on the first line looks like a 
command and the list serve won't post it.  This saves a lot of
unsubscribe commands from being distributed to the list but is a 
gotcha here.  Fred

Help

Marsh Commons is having trouble starting its residences.  We have completed 
our mixed-use common house.  It is lovely and it is generating income.  
However, our group is not complete yet -- we have been unable to attract the 
last 3 to 4 families.  It is our contention that the bank would see us as an 
attractive investment and give us more encouragement up front if we could 
show that cohousing is a sound investment.

Question:  Does anyone out there have figures to show that cohousing units 
have a good re-sale value?
