I think the condo conversion idea is great.Many of us really wanted the
challenge of designing a community and the bulidings to house it, but we
spent FIVE years designing and building Southside. Now I sure do appreciate
what the N street group did! Is organic easier, like someone just said? I
think it is true that when everything is planned and new there are very high
expectations that is will stay shiny and pretty forever no matter how much
work that involves. N street folks often say they have run out of projects
and are just going to have a party. WOW ! The more ways we do it, the more
ways we will find to do it.
