Now that is news to  me!  Now we might not  have many projects which we 
have   all agreed upon  and that are on our official to do  list but we  
have  plenty of ideas on what we would like to do to continue improving 
our community.  Some items include:

Buy  the common house as a community
Build an outdoor  laundry facility
Build a tree house - big enough to act  as a real room.
Put in a wildlife/fish  pond
Redo  the common  house front yard
Build an outdoor shower  and sink
Put  a climbing wall on the outside of the  common  house
and probably a few other things. 

I sometimes think that the benefits of the retrofit co-housing include 
the knowledge that there is years  of work that we can do to improve  our 
community, but there are few hard and fast deadlines for accomplishing 
it.  For this reason, the process and what we  get done is more organic.
