In his Cohousing Handbook, Hansen discusses on p. 192/193 post-occupancy development fees which were employed by the Winslow community. The Ann Arbor group is currently discussing this issue and I would like to find out whether any other group has dealt with this issue, implemented a plan and how do you calculate the fee?
