Dear Becky,
Please, please (as has been discussed here before), identify your group!
Whether you are a finished community, or just starting, and your group's 
size, may impact on how your facilitators are supported.
And always it seems to make it more human (isn't that what cohousing is 
about?) if I have a sense of location.  Where are you?  Baking in the heat of 
the Southwest, wrinkling in the Northwest, or maybe freezing in Minnesota?
