Jessie, thanks for your response.  Would you be willing to say how the core
facilitators have spent the money?

When things don't go well, is there anyone who can help the facilitator
learn from their experience?  I sometimes think that it might be helpful for
one person to be an observer in the meeting for the purpose of giving
feedback to the facilitator afterwards. We don't do anything like that.

Also, do most groups have a core group of facilitators or does anyone who
wants to facilitate?
