Hi -

We put funds in the budget for facilitator supplies and training and let the 
core facilitators spend as they see fit.

We provide atta-girl/boys at the end of a meeting when things work well.  We 
also promptly tell the facilitators when things haven't worked as well.

Among our unfortunate bad habits - we don't eagerly volunteer to scribe and the 
facilitators have to chide and chivy us into taking the job.

Where we have been eating together on Tuesday nights since 1997. Every other 
Sunday now, too. Everyone cooks/cleans, even renters, unless life events 
intervene. Any excuse to eat or celebrate together is generally used.  The way 
we say it, we're all so different that what we have most in common is a love of 
food.
