I highly recommend little diversity in values, principles, ethics and goals but wide diversity in most everything else. For example you can have an all white community where great conflict occurs because some believe that homosexuals are deviants while others believe they are equally God's much loved children. If some value the Bible word for word and use their interpretation as fundamental to their principles, values and goals, they may not be able to stop proselytizing to everyone in the community. It doesn't matter what their skin color or ethnicity is. At N Street we value and attempt to bring in a diversity of members but only those with common values etc.
