So, to answer Liz's question: the moderator is censoring.  Or not, as
authority and responsibility dictate.

I was not censoring, but stating a preference, not issuing a command.  Just
like you.  You may choose to disregard and continue to post your "quit
discussing this" messages--and all the "me toos" are welcome to do so as
well. Keeping in mind, of course, that messages about what topics you don't
like are even less relevant to cohousing than big questions about human
interaction, and thus generate more list-litter than the posts you're
complaining about.  Counter-productivity is well within reach.

I hope for a degree of tolerance and forbearance, though I may not get it.
This, after all, is NOT a meeting--it's an open forum for discussion.  If
you restrict the discussion, you choke off the ideas.

Alternative suggestion: scroll down, hit the "del" button, have some tea.
