SOLTERRA  is a lot development cohousing community, located on the outskirts 
of Durham, and adjacent to Chapel Hill.  Situated on the corner of Erwin and 
Randolph Roads it is a prime example of the three most important attributes 
of a real estate development - location, location, location.
 
24 homes are currently complete and occupied, one under construction, and 
several slated to begin shortly.
