My neighbor Judy is looking for a housemate to share her 2 bedroom, 2 bath
home here at Two Acre Wood.  Housemate gets a bedroom and shares the house -
2 baths, living room, kitchen, den, nice backyard, sunny front porch.

Two Acre Wood is a charming 14 unit community in the small town of
Sebastopol in Northern CA, one hour north of San Francisco.  We have a wide
age spread from 9 months to 65 years.  About half the families have
children, half don't.  We  have a beautiful common house, shared organic
veggie garden, and a small protected woodland at the back of the property.
We are walking distance to Sebastopol where there are great restaurants,
movie theater, book and music stores, a park with swimming pool, and great
liberal people!

Judy would prefer a female housemate, over 40, no children, no pets (but
there is a resident cat - a sweet older Siamese named Toyworker of all
things!).  Rent is $500 plus half the utilities.  Judy hopes to find someone
excited about cohousing who wants to be a full participant in the community.
We have meals a couple times a week, fun holiday parties, and lots of
spontaneous events.
