One of our lots is for sale.  Alchemy Farm is located in Falmouth,
Massachusetts (on Cape Cod). The owners circumstances have changed and are
looking to sell.  Asking price is $70,000.

They've had interest in the lot, but from people interested in inexpensive
land on the Cape, not necessarily living in community.  The community is
trying to help them find a buyer.

We are a lot-development model (ie you build your own house) with fourteen
lots on sixteen beautiful organic acres abuting conservation and farm land.
There are ten families now living in the community.
