We do an annual assessment for our Association Fees at Alchemy Farm.  Each
lot owner is assessed equally.  Last year's assessment was $600.  We do have
a rental apartment and some occasional rentals of common space in our Common
House that offsets some of our costs.

Since we are a lot development model, we aren't responsible for exteriors of
individual homes, but our common house is a retrofit of a large barn and we
need to be putting money aside for reserves.  (not enough IMHO).
