Some of us in Solterra are considering installing a swimming pool and/or spa. 
Has any communities on this list built (or considered building) either?  Any 
inputs that we could get from you, any ideas and pitfalls to avoid, cost and 
insurance, safety, guest fees, handling community members that did not want 
to participate, and so on would be a great help and very much appreciated.
