I have heard from more than one informed source that the best? number of units 
for
a cohousing group is between 15 and 30.  30 because more than that and things
become unwieldy.

I am looking into cohousing with a proposed 48 units.

I would appreciate hearing from anybody that has experience with groups over say
35.
