At Sharingwood, the board sets the agenda. Sometimes the facilitator for the upcoming meeting comes to the board meeting to get any details they need. The board is the agenda gatekeeper, and sometimes sends items back to teams to deal with, conserving the large group meeting resource for what it is best at.
