People don't make unreasonable claims and others don't ignore clearly stated concerns. Emotional tirades have been ignored but not clear statements.since, after all, the "disability" is invisible. I agree with Lynn that the issue is that of accessibility. Without awheelchair, though, how do you "prove" to people you're having a problem?
