I did find some relevant research on the web and emailed excerpts of itbefore the meeting. A couple of people found it eye-opening. I've found this is true of many people who object to email -- they don't want to deal with facts and figures that are best communicated in writing.
Sharon.(I'm so sick of hearing "face to face." I've never heard this used outside of cohousing. Has anyone ever seen anyone actually talk face to face? In cartoons it means they are yelling at one another. In the movies it means they are in bed or robbing a bank.)
