Six or 7 times! Ouch. We do dishes once, that's it.

This is a good reminder when building that it is in your best interests to
have the place classified as not commercial. I think there is some
discretion in every zoning board, so fight for it! BTW, we were required to
have the bathrooms plumbed for commercial, but not a commercial kitchen.
There may be middle ground to be reached.
