Thanks Rob. Glad to know my input has been of no use whatsoever. You really have a way with words. As nobody else answered, I thought I'd give it a try. Sorry this actual conversation about getting cohousing built has interrupted the fascinating discussion of means and modes. Could we please get out of our little cloistered ivory towers and help this person? Or am I being far too direct? What is this list for? But someone did ask me to clarify what I said, so I will add that I meant that in many neighborhoods, there is a premium on a cohousing unit, meaning that the same house would cost less in the surrounding neighborhood. Liz Cohousing answers from CA are > largely useless in your district, you need LOCAL answers to these questions.
