One way or another the group members have to confront the reality that not all of you have the same goals. What does your mission statement say? By bringing everyone back to the mission and confronting the fact that you don't all share it, will raise the question of what you are all doing in the same group. Many have split over goals. If you put it on this basis, then it becomes a practical issue and not a personality issue. Do you have written minutes? She can't ignore written minutes can she?
