 The common house at Marsh Commons in Arcata, Ca. has 3,500 square feet of 
commercial space.  We have had our common house since 1995 and have not found 
that commercial tenants detract from the use of our space.  In fact, there have 
been numerous social and business interactions that have been beneficial to 
both groups.
