Here at Hearthstone, we did a survey of the Myers-Briggs personality types of our members and found that 75% of the members are introverts--exactly the inverse of the population of the United States which is (I'm told) 75% extraverts. I've heard that this is not uncommon in other communities as well--just hearsay, I haven't seen any data. To answer you're question--yes introverts can be very happy in cohousing.
